Abstract

The article considers a clinical case of difficulties in the diagnosis and management of an early -age patient who was diagnosed with continuously recurrent pancreatitis against the background of the main diagnosis a «mild course» of cystic fibrosis without clinical manifestations of respiratory system damage. Conducting an extensive diagnostic search made it possible to exclude the infectious, hereditary, toxic, autoimmune genesis of pancreatic disease. The diagnosis of cystic fibrosis was confirmed by genetic studies of the child and parents, sweat samples. The article systematizes the material on the criteria for diagnosing the syndrome of enzyme evasion in the blood, modern approaches to the treatment of pancreatitis and cystic fibrosis.
