КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННАЯ ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИЧЕСКАЯ ОЦЕНКА АОРТАЛЬНОЙ РЕГУРГИТАЦИИ
Аннотация
В обзоре представлены причины, приводящие к развитию аортальной недостаточности, и визуализация морфологических изменений аортального клапана, показаны измерения корня и восходящей аорты для корректного суждения о норме. Обсуждаются способы оценки аортальной регургитации с помощью эхокардиографии в соответствии с алгоритмом, рекомендованным международными сообществами. Рассмотрены варианты оценки степени тяжести аортальной регургитации в режиме цветовой, импульсно-волновой, постоянно-волновой допплерографии с определением расчетных показателей, в том числе площади эффективного отверстия, объема и фракции регургитации. Приведены дополнительные параметры оценки левого желудочка, в том числе при проведении стресс-эхокардиографии для выявления симптомов, отсутствующих в покое, и оценки контрактильного резерва ЛЖ.
