Abstract

We are present you a clinical case of treatment a young women with spinal-pelvic dissociation syndrome, which resulting from a fall from a height of eight meters. This case demonstrated successful treatment polytrauma in multidisciplinary hospital with possibility of early diagnosis of injuries and prevention of perioperative complications, which is due to presence a team, including traumatologist, orthopedit, neurosurgeon, surgeon and rehabilitation.
