Abstract
The article discusses the problem of comorbidity in Pediatrics. On the example of a specific clinical case of a patient with infectious endocarditis complicated by pulmonary embolism, which led to a fatal outcome, the complexity of diagnosing this disease is discussed. When analyzing this clinical example, conclusions are drawn about the need to improve differential diagnostic search, which can be achieved by improving the pedagogical process.
