Practical recommendations for therapists to diagnose and treat postcholecystectomy syndrome
Abstract
Practical recommendations are intended to optimize the tactics of managing patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome with a focus on rational therapy and the peculiarities of the use of various groups of drugs for the conservative treatment of this disease. They are recommended for use by doctors working in outpatient and inpatient health care in St. Petersburg and intended for general practitioners and all specialists interested in clinical gastroenterology. These practical recommendations were developed with considering Recommendations of the Russian Gastroenterological Association for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with gallstone disease. These practical recommendations were approved by the Health Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg on October 26, 2020.
