PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THERAPEATORS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF ALCOHOLIC LIVER DISEASE

Abstract

Practical recommendations are intended to optimize the tactics of managing patients with alcoholic liver disease with a focus on rational therapy and the peculiarities of the use of various groups of drugs for the conservative treatment of this disease, are recommended for use by doctors working in outpatient and inpatient health care in St. Petersburg, are intended for doctors therapists and all specialists interested in clinical gastroenterology.These practical recommendations were developed on the basis of the approved Clinical recommendations of the Russian Gastroenterological Association for the diagnosis and treatment of patients withalcoholic liver disease, Practical Guidelines of the Scientific Society of Gastroenterologists of Russia, Practice Guidance From the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and EASL Clinical Practical Guidelines: Management of Alcoholic Liver Disease. These practical recommendations were approved by the Health Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg on October 26, 2020.
