Practical recommendations for therapeators for diagnostics and treatment of chronic pancreatitis

Abstract

Practical recommendations are intended to optimize the tactics of managing patients with chronic pancreatitis with a focus on rational therapy and the peculiarities of the use of various groups of drugs for the conservative treatment of this disease, are recommended for use by doctors working in outpatient and inpatient health care in St. Petersburg, are intended for doctors therapists and all specialists interested in clinical gastroenterology. These practical recommendations were developed on the basis of the approved Clinical Guidelines of the Russian Gastroenterological Association for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis, the ACG-2020 Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis and the Clinical Guidelines of the Russian Federation 2013-2017. These practical recommendations were approved by the Health Committee of the Government of St. Petersburg on October 26, 2020.
