Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease, particularly, Crohn’s disease, is one of the most difficult and unexplored problems in modern gastroenterology. The relevance of this problem is due to the non -specificity of the clinical picture in the debut of the disease, late diagnosis and untimely initiation of therapy, which often leads to the development of severe disabling complications. This publication presents a clinical case of a complicated course of Crohn’s disease, in the anamnesis morbi for the period from 2013 to 2022, about twenty surgical interventions were performed.
