Abstract

Asthenia is one of the most common nonspecific forms of the central nervous system’s response to a wide variety of external and internal difficulties. According to the level of medical care, more than 60% of patient complaints are related to asthenic syndrome. These disorders are observed in all categories of the population. This lecture, which is a continuation of a series of clinical lectures on the problem of asthenia, discusses the general clinical manifestations of asthenic syndrome, as well as the features of the course of its various clinical forms and the structure of asthenic syndrome.
