PRINCIPLES OF ASTHENIA DIAGNOSIS
Abstract
Asthenia is one of the most common nonspecific forms of the central nervous system’s response to a wide variety of external and internal difficulties. According to the level of medical care, more than 60 % of patient complaints are related to asthenic syndrome, similar disorders are observed in all categories of the population. In this lecture, which is a continuation of a series of clinical lectures on the problem of asthenia, the basic principles of the diagnosis of asthenic disorders are considered, and questionnaires used in the psychodiagnostics of these conditions are also given.
