Abstract
The article discusses the conditions for the emergence of the phenomenon of antibiotic resistance, including from the position of normal evolutionary and environmental relationships in the bacterial microcosm. Mechanisms to protect bacterial cells from antibiotics are being investigated. Studies are given to study the causal relationship between the phenomenon of antibiotic resistance, the deterioration of immunity and other negative effects associated with the reduction of the representation of symbiont bacteria.
