PERINATAL DEFEAT OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM, FEATURES OF THE CURRENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF A SPECIALIZED CHILD HOUSE
Abstract
Diagnosis of perinatal damage to the central nervous system puts more than 90% of children receiving treatment from 715 to 1000 children of the first year of life. [16]. Children brought up in a child’s home are children deprived of a family, often unwanted, rejected by their parents before birth. Initially, most of them have dangerous socio biological anamnesis, related diseases, alcoholic and narcotic diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, criminal interventions, prematurity, asphyxiation during childbirth, intrauterine infections, intracranial birth injury and others. A combination of adverse factors is often noted. Perinatal damage to the central nervous system is an urgent symptom complex that requires careful multidisciplinary medical history and diagnosis, obtaining a positive outcome and reducing the risk of disability in the general population.
