PROPEDEUTIC KNOWLEDGE - TO HELP THE BEGINNING PEDIATRICIAN
Abstract
The most important conditions of successful pediatric practices are accurate diagnosis of diseases and the competent prevention of possible pathological conditions and diseases in childhood. The establishment of medical diagnosis begins with a study of the symptoms, which are often multi valued and found in various diseases. Therefore, a novice doctor very important, starting from the leading symptom select those diseases for which it is most typical, is then combined with the other features set first lesion syndrome, and then a diagnosis of the disease. Study questions of semiotics childhood diseases begin in the course of propaedeutics of children’s diseases. There are many guidelines for pediatricians who systematize their children’s disease localization, etiology, many of them represented by differential diagnostic search of a disease, a plan of therapeutic interventions and treatment regimens. In spite of this pediatrician, especially began his professional activity, it is necessary knowledge, practical skills, which are taught and practiced also in the classroom for propaedeutics of children’s diseases. Special attention pediatricians require knowledge of anatomical and physiological features of organs and systems of the growing organism, in order to properly interpret the clinical and paraclinical data of objective examination of the patient. Questions Pediatric Dietetics begin to teach future pediatricians in the study of such subjects as “Propedeutics of Childhood Illness” and “Fundamentals of the formation of children’s health, about the historical aspect described in this article. And just as no clinical discipline is complete without a basic knowledge of the rules of ethics and deontology, and for the propaedeutics of children’s diseases and pediatrics relevant these issues.
