Abstract
The features of pathogenesis, clinical course of arterial hypertension, affection of
target organs depending on activity of renin-angiotensine system in perimenopausal women are
presented in the article. Prognosis, methods of prevention and treatment of arterial hypertension
in women with metabolic syndrome based on the data of renin-angiotensine activity were also
defined.
