Abstract

Тhe results of three tests on the basis of CFP-10 and ESAT-6 antigens: intracutaneous Diaskintest
and two in vitro tests QuantiFERON and Tubinferon were studied in 63 children of age from 0 to 15 years.
Among the examined children 8 patients those not infected with tuberculous mycobacteria, 15 patients are
infected from last years, 14 patients are in the early period of primary tuberculosis infection, 26 children
ill with tuberculosis. It is established that at high rate of coincidence of results of all three test (69,8%) in
particular situations they can react differently, providing thereby additional information. At acceptance
of QuantiFERON for the reference test at a tuberculosis infection, Tubinferon’s sensitivity was 64,7%,
specificity 75,9%.
