Abstract

With the appearance of blood in the feces of children, early diagnosis and the establishment of the cause of the syndrome are the main factors for adequate therapy and a further favorable prognosis. Due to the numerous causes of the discharge of blood and stool, there are certain difficulties in diagnosing this condition. The physician should promptly identify the optimal volume of laboratory and instrumental examination methods for recognizing the cause of the disease and determining measures for relieving the disease.
