Non -compact left ventricular myocardium in the practice of a pediatrician
Abstract
Non -compact left ventricular myocardium is a cardiomyopathy characterized by a bilayer structure of the myocardium. Pathology is in third place among all cardiomyopathies after dilated and hypertrophic in children. The main manifestations of non -compact left ventricular myocardium include heart failure, various rhythm and conduction disturbances and thromboembolism. The issues of etiopathogenesis, classification of the disease, characteristics of the course, differential diagnosis with other forms of cardiomyopathies in children have not been sufficiently studied. The article presents a clinical case of a patient with non -compact left ventricular myocardium who is undergoing treatment in our clinic.
