Abstract

The article presents an analysis of data from modern literature devoted to the study of the relationship between thyroid dysfunction and atopy in children. Regularities were revealed in the changes in function of the thyroid gland in bronchial asthma, depending on its severity, duration of the course and age of the child. And also report the relationship between thyroid disease and atopic dermatitis, chronic urticaria, atopic keratoconjunctivitis. Studies are shown interconnection changes in the course of the underlying disease in disorders of the thyroid status. At the same time, the pathogenetic mechanisms are currently not fully understood. Further research is needed on the search for common pathogenetic mechanisms in the combination of thyroid pathology and atopic diseases in order to optimize therapy.
