Abstract

This study is based on the results of a survey on the prevalence of allergic diseases to dairy products based on cow’s milk. Of the 100 parents of infants, 24 confirmed the presence of cow’s milk protein allergy, which manifests itself in various forms. We carried out a hygienic and microbiological assessment of the quality of drinking cow’s milk and children’s curds sold in the consumer market.
