Abstract

The article represents the features of treatment of acute cholecystitis in patients with high operational risk. The main diseases of the cardiovascular system that significantly affect the prognosis in CX were identified. The criteria of patients at high risk were described perfectely. The wide introduction of new methods of non-invasive and invasive (endovideosurgery) diagnostics into practice is noted. The indications for the choice of methods of surgical treatment in patients with factors of severity of the risk of coronary heart disease were discussed.
