Anesthesia for congenital malformations of the anorectal region in children
Abstract
Quantity of anorectal malformations is 1:2000 - 1:5000 live borne infants. Complexity of surgical aid’ organization is to apartness of obstetric medical organizations and specialized surgical centers. Delay of correction of anorectal malformations determines by level of anesthesiology service of surgical centers. More of the operations prepare to newborns, which are characterized of more highly pain reaction. Anesthesia of surgical correction of anorectal malformations consists from not only in sedation, but and in perioperative infusion therapy, intubation and extubation technology. Sedative component of anesthesia provides by inhaled anesthetics usually, but intravenous drugs have all big role lately. Limitation of opioids due to little studied mechanisms in newborns. An increasing proportion of anorectal malformations operate under the regional anesthesia, the advantage of which is minimal influence on hemodynamics. Despite the large number of investigations, the tactic of anesthesia in operations, corrected of anorectal malformations is unclear.
