Abstract

The review is dedicated to the analgesia after kneejoint arthroplasty. Here you will find the description of the characteristics of analgesics for pain relief, methods of using neuraxial blocking. The applicability of the use of high volume infiltration anesthesia after primary total knee arthroplasty has been proved.
