Abstract

53 patients with stress-induced cardiomyopathy caused by psychoemotional strain were examined. Medicine with metabolic effect was used for correction of impairments in these patients. ECG at rest, Bruce protocol bicycle ergometry, Holter 24-hour monitoring, EchoCG with determination of diastolic dysfunction were applied to estimate an efficiency of treatment. According to results of investigation, the efficiency of metabolic medicine Hipoxen in treatment of metabolic impairment of myocardium was described.
