QUALITY CONTROL OF DISPENSARY OBSERVATION OF PREGNANT WOMEN WITH THE USE OF THE AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM
Abstract
Protection of motherhood and childhood is a constantly topical and most important direction in the development of the health care system. The quality of medical examination for pregnant women, conducted to prevent possible complications for mother and child, is carried out according to various methods and programs in different regions of the country. The automated information system for quality monitoring and technology for dispensary follow-up of pregnant women of the AIS QMC «Women’s consultation», which has been operating effectively in the Volgograd Region since 2007 is presented. Analysis of the results of expert assessments of quality and technology of medical observation for pregnant in hospitals of the Volgograd region is carried out. The system of operative control and management of all spheres of the activities of obstetricians and gynecologists is substantiated. Positive results of quality of complex dispensary observation of women during pregnancy are presented.
