Creation of the effective medical care quality monitoring system in preventive healthcare institution

Abstract

The internal control in preventive healthcare institution is one of the basic component of economic control activity system. The aspiration to the highest level of health care delivery quality and patients’ satisfaction with it (due to effective management with the maximum use of opportunities of the internal control system), is one of the greatest priorities of heads of the medical institution. However, lack of uniform statutory enactments according to internal control organization regulations and safety of medical activities, make every medical establishment to create its procedures for implementation of internal control. In this regard the most effective actions on implementation of internal control and audit are presented in activity of medical preventive healthcare institution.
