To the first in a country department of social paediatrics — thirty years

Abstract

In the article the informatively-historical review of organization is presented and to of thirty years work of collective to the first in a country department of social paediatrics. In the article the conceptual model of clinical preventive work is also presented ambulatorypoliclinic establishments of pediatric profile on all stages of reformation of health protection in Russia. Not looking on that social paediatrics remains the division of discipline "public health and health protection", the accumulated research and practice experience of department showed that social paediatrics up to a point can be examined as independent scientific discipline. Modern ideas about social paediatrics as scientific discipline stopped up in her determination. Social paediatrics as science plugs in itself a theory and practice of cognition, adjusting and realization of medico-social necessities of child on the different stages of his development. She studies influence of social reality on the health of man in the period of his childhood, and also consequence of this influence for a man and society. Social paediatrics creates a scientific and experimental base for the orientation of modern social politics on strengthening of health of women and children care. Social paediatrics undertook not only many social functions, in one or another degree inherent paediatrics but also became the kernel of realization of social ideology the family, including in the questions of forming of healthy way of life, satisfaction of medicosocial necessities of family and child.
