EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PILOT PROJECT «THE THERAPEUTIC POLYCLINIC» IN THE POLYCLINIC OF THE LARGE CITY
Abstract
Increasing the population's satisfaction with medical care on the basis of increasing the availability and quality of medical services, improving the conditions for the provision of medical care is today the leading task of the outpatient and polyclinic health care unit. An important condition for implementing the necessary improvements is an increase in involvement in production processes and an increase in satisfaction with the working conditions of medical personnel. The introduction of lean technology production process in the activities of medical organizations allows to approach to the solution of these problems. The article presents the experience of implementation of the pilot project «Lean Polyclinic» in the St. Petersburg State Health Care I nstitution «City Polyclinic N 87», namely: the tasks of the project, the stages of work on it, the project implementation algorithm, the choice of project directions, the results of its implementation in terms of increasing the effectiveness of the first stage of clinical examination of the adult population.
