Abstract

In order to ensure the accessibility and quality of medical care, individual projects aimed at improving medical care in outpatient settings are being introduced into the work of polyclinics. The article evaluates the projects implemented in the activity of the polyclinic: «Medical registraradministrator of the polyclinic»; «Development of the model of the district service as a way to increase the effectiveness of the MO activities»; «Emergency Service», as a structural unit of the polyclinic «examines the work of the project management office of the medical organization and the use of the main tool for technological support of the project activity — the project management information system (PMI S). The article contains indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the office project. In addition, to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures, the opinion of doctors from polyclinics was evaluated and a sociological survey of patients was conducted, the results of which are also presented in the publication.
