The organization of providing of high tech medical care to economically active population of the astrakhan region

Abstract

The attention to researches of health of economically active population of the Russian Federation is one of the most actual issues of modern medicine as progress of the country in general depends on this category of people. Provision of the given category of population with high tech medical care is a prior problem of domestic healthcare. Objective of the present research was the analysis of quantity and structures of rendering of high tech medical care to persons of the active working age living in the Astrakhan area. Research was conducted by means of a continuous method and included 14 954 cases. The period of supervision included 10 years, from 2010 to 2019. Indexes of seasonal prevalence for the characteristics of seasonal fluctuations have been calculated. Wide absolute, relative and average points were used, as well as methods of construction of dynamic numbers were applied and their analysis was carried out. Carried out research has allowed to reveal that from year to year there is a decrease in the population of the active working age, having a stable tendency. There was an increase of volumes of rendering of high tech medical care of the given category of people by 1,4 times, and providing with it by 1,6 times. A negative point is poor availability within the limits of region (62%) and especially for the persons living in a countryside (32,9%). With a level of region of 21 structures, only 16 are available. As to basic profiles of persons provided to a given category the overwhelming majority is presented by cardiovascular surgery - 44,8%, oncology - 14,5%, traumatology and orthopedy - 11,7%. It is necessary to note, that the increase of volumes concerning existing demand remains insufficient, yet extremely demanded.
