Dialogue between scientists and practitioners
Abstract
On May 26-28, 2021, the V National Congress with international participation «Children’s Health - the Future of the country» was held. It was conducted on the basis of the oldest pediatric university in the country, bringing together representatives of state authorities, educational, scientific and medical organizations of Russia, small, medium and advanced businesses, young scientists, leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of medicine, pharmacy and information technology on a single information and communication platform. This year, for the first time in its history, the forum was held simultaneously in two formats - all reports from the audience were broadcast on the Internet, with the ability to connect through a presence tracking system to receive points in the system of continuing medical education. Foreign lecturers also joined the discussion in the classrooms through electronic systems. In total, more than 6000 people took part in the congress, including more than 2000 in person, 1797 participants through the attendance tracking system, the rest watched lectures in free mode on the YouTube channel, only unique users were taken into account. Within the framework of the forum in 41 sections, including 15 conferences, 1 meeting of chief specialists and a seminar meeting on working with foreign students and graduates for representatives of universities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 421 reports and 3 poster presentations were heard and discussed.
