RESULTS OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

Abstract

For the effective functioning of any medical organization, optimal staff is of utmost importance. Clinical hospitals of Federal educational and research institutions have a solid personnel potential to provide highly specialized medical care to citizens of the Russian Federation. In order to assess the staff of the children's clinical hospital on the basis of the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "St. Petersburg state pediatric medical University" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, a copy of the data from the Federal statistical report "Data on the medical organization form № 30” for 2015–2017 years was carried out. To achieve this goal with the help of a specially developed "card copies" indicators
of staffing by doctors were studied. The analysis of the obtained indicators allows us to make a conclusion of the multidirectional dynamics of the studied indicators. However in general the results show that during the analyzed period, a significant number of activities was carried out, which led to an increase in the efficiency of the use of human resources, while increasing the level of professional qualification of doctors to solve the problems of improving the quality of medical care.
