MAIN DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATION OF MRI SURVEY IN CHILDREN WITH INFECTIOUS DISEASES
Abstract
Magnetic resonance imaging is the most reliable modern method of diagnosing diseases. Most of the ongoing researches in such areas as oncology, pulmonology, surgery, traumatology, cardiology, dentistry, etc. are generally impossible without the use of MRI examinations. With the purpose of developing and scientifically substantiating recommendations for improving the organization of the survey of children with infectious diseases using magnetic resonance imaging on the basis of the Department of Radiation Diagnostics of the Children's Scientific and Clinical Center of Infectious Diseases Clinic of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia, a medical and social study was revealed. To achieve this goal, the organization of the work of the Department of Radiation Diagnostics of a multidisciplinary hospital for children, the opinion of doctors on the importance of MRI studies in clinical practice, an assessment of the degree of doctors 'compliance with the principles of child safety during magnetic resonance imaging, the parents' subjective opinion on the organization of MRI and the quality of the work of the department of radiation diagnostics was studied.
