THE OPINION OF RECORDERS AND MEDICAL STAFF ABOUT THE WORK OF THE REСEPTIONISTS OF THE CITY POLYCLINIC
Abstract
The article deals with the results of a survey of recorders and medical staff of the
city polyclinic to identify the risk factors of conflicts in the provision of medical care to patients.
Conflict situations during registration often occur between reception staff and young mothers and
patients’ relatives. The main cause of conflicts at the reception is the absence of patient’s medical
card. Claims of medical personnel to the work of the receptionists include violation of the rules of
filling in outpatients cards and incorrect report or irrelevant information about the doctors’ schedule
and the rules of calling a doctor in.
