Abstract

A large number of people suffer from cardiovascular diseases. According to WHO , the main risk factors for the development of heart diseases and stroke are malnutrition, physical inactivity, harmful tobacco and alcohol consume. This pathology occurs at an earlier age compared to previous years, and is the leading cause of mortality worldwide. One third of all deaths are due to cardiovascular disease. The most common diseases of cardiovascular system are coronary heart disease, hypertension, vascular impairments of brain. Men are much more likely to die from myocardial infarction than women. One of the most dangerous diagnoses is an acute coronary syndrome. In addition to damage caused by it to human health and life, cardiovascular diseases bring great annual economic damage to the state, which is 3.2% of the GDP of The Russian Federation. One of the important ways to combat cardiovascular diseases is their prevention, early detection and timely treatment. In Russia, within the framework of the National Health Care Project, a Federal project has been developed to reduce mortality from cardiovascular diseases and improve the quality and availability of specialized medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
