Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the strength properties of compact bone tissue using SolidWorks and Comsol. The virtual experiment was carried out on an osteon, which is a fragment of compact bone tissue. Solved the problem of modeling loads using computer technology - the SolidWorks 3D-modeling system and the Comsol finite element analysis software package. We used the finite element method. The results are proposed that can be used in modeling the loads on human bones, as well as in calculating the risks of pathological fractures in people with local damage to the bone tissue.
