Abstract
The neurological status and brain ultrasound data obtained during routine dispensary observation of a representative sample of children of the first year of life and their relationship with the formation of various manifestations of neurological deficits at the age of 3-4 years were studied. The correlation of structural intracranial changes detected by routine neurosonography with the most frequent neurological problems of preschool children (speech development delays, activity and attention disorders, motor disorders, astheno neurotic syndrome) is shows.
