Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of detection of a physiological reaction of the lung tissue by computed tomography in a child with suspected tuberculosis. Changes in the lung pattern due to the interstitial component, foci and infiltrates on radiographs (X-rays) of the chest organs (THC), computed tomograms (CT) of the chest cavity organs (CT) without clinical manifestations of the disease represent a wide differential diagnostic range of diseases. In children with suspected tuberculosis, it is first necessary to exclude the picture of tuberculous inflammation. In the absence of indications of any pathological process and a pronounced positive dynamics of changes in RG studies, a physiological reaction of the lungs is recorded for up to 1 month.
