Аннотация

Воспалительные заболевания пародонта часто ассоциированы с артериальной гипертензией (АГ), и вопрос причинно-следственной связи этой коморбидности остается предметом дискуссии. Хронический пародонтит и АГ имеют общие факторы риска. Наличие пародонтопатогенной микрофлоры и действие эндотоксинов, способных вызывать системные, воспалительные и иммунные реакции, метаболическое липидное поражение тканей, нарушать гемостаз, рассматривают принципиальными общими патогенетическими механизмами развития как пародонтита, так и АГ. В обзоре представлены данные, доказывающие взаимосвязь этих заболеваний.
