Abstract

The literature review summarizes current ideas about the features of etiology and diagnosis of Bpd associated pulmonary hypertension (Ph) in preterm infants. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that pulmonary hypertension is one of the most frequent, severe and difficult to diagnose complications of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (Bpd), and is currently the most frequent chronic lung disease in young children. In the Russian clinical recommendations on the topic of Рh (2017), pulmonary hypertension associated with Bpd is practically not discussed. The current classification of this pathology proposed by the World Health Organization and risk factors and risk groups for the development of the disease are also considered. Great attention is paid to the consideration of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics and monitoring of pulmonary hypertension. The «pros» and «cons» of each individual method are reflected.
