Abstract

Crohn’s disease in children and adolescents affects the physical development of children and nutritional status. The course of the disease and the duration of remission of the disease depends on adherence to recommendations for treatment and nutrition at home. A survey of a parent child pair showed the actual nutrition of children and adolescents at home. 14% of children violate dietary recommendations. Deviations in nutritional status were found in 25.9% of the subjects. According to the program “Diet-4”, the strict elimination nutrition and the recommended nutrition in the remission stage were assessed. In insufficient quantities in the diets vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E, trace elements Ca, Zn, Se, J, Fe, Mg, fiber. The clinical microsymptomatics of these deficits were noted in the patient questionnaire.
