Abstract

The lecture presents the terminology of substances found in the human microbiome. Representations of detention are now arresting probiotics. The requirements are set out according to the recommendations of the WHO (WHO) and the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP), must comply with microorganisms for inclusion in the group of probiotic preparations. High macrocharacteristics related to probiotics, their studies on the effects of the body and applications to their use are given.
