Abstract

The prerequisites for the occurrence and progression of pyelonephritis are laid in early childhood. With the onset of remission, metabolic changes do not disappear, but continue to contribute to the progression of chronic kidney disease. Chronic pyelonephritis in adolescents is associated with exacerbation of autonomic dysfunction, with delayed physical and sexual development, often combined with pathology of the digestive and reproductive systems.
