Abstract

Neonatal listeriosis, related to intraurine infection, has a high mortality rate, this is due to the morphology and physiology of the pathogen, the rate of infection and the organs that are aff ected. This article discusses the main characteristics of the microorganism and the clinical case of the course of this disease.
