Abstract

The report discusses the possibility of preventing fetal loss in chronic placental insufficiency (CPI) with syndrome of delayed fetal development on the background and provides clinical observation. In the case of early and long term CPI, the appointment of plasmapheresis and photomodification of blood by laser beams contributed to the normalization of analysis by pregnant, to the compensation of placental function with prolongation of pregnancy, with the birth of a premature fetus, which caught up in the development of peers and develops normally.
