Abstract

In recent years, the number of allergic reactions in young children has significantly increased, the number of food reactions has increased, which affected the quality of life of children and their parents. The goal was to identify the features of the development of sensitization in young children, to identify manifestations in true and pseudo-allergic manifestations in terms of the pathology of pathogenesis and manifestations. The main task was to identify cause-significant allergens, identify products containing these allergens, and adequately adjust the diet, and identify risk factors. An analysis is made of common food allergens leading to allergy symptoms, high risk priorities for the development of true allergic reactions, the most dangerous preventive measures and dangerous diet therapy for an atopic mother and child are analyzed. Analyzed the main products containing animal or vegetable proteins — the causative agents of allergens. In recent years, there has been a trend towards an increase in the number of allergic diseases in children in the first year of life. Risk factors for the emergence of the environment are hereditary burden, early transition of products to artificial feeding, the nature of delivery, diet, matter and complementary foods. However, timely diagnosis has been identified and dietary and drug therapy has been identified to avoid the development of an atopic march and easy mortality of the child. A properly chosen diet is the tolerance caliber for some food allergens, which later develops in children freely consumed in everyday life.
