Аннотация

Системная красная волчанка относится к тяжелым инвалидизирующим аутоиммунным заболеваниям с вовлечением в патологический процесс различных органов и систем, в том числе с возможным многоуровневым поражением нервной системы. Неврологические аспекты системной красной волчанки, особенно в отношении периферической нервной системы, остаются наименее изученными, их отличает значительная вариабельность клинических проявлений. Как показал анализ научных публикаций, патогенез периферических невропатий до конца не изучен, но, вероятно, имеет значение совокупность расстройств иммунорегуляции, часть из которых может быть генетически детерминирована. Это во многом объясняет трудности диагностики, требует дальнейших исследований с целью усовершенствования методов ранней верификации неврологических нарушений при системной красной волчанке, имеющих значение для прогноза и качества жизни данной категории пациентов.
