COMPLICATIONS OF OPEN ANGIOSURGICAL INTERVENTIONS IN CASE OF CRITICAL ISCHAEMIA OF LOWER LIMB IN CONDITIONS OF A SEPTIC SURGERY HOSPITAL
Abstract
Critical ischemia of the lower extremities (CLI) is a severe manifestation of wall-occlusive lesions of the arteries of the lower extremities, often causing high limb amputation and disability of patients; has high mortality rates. Patients suffering from CLI have multilevel vascular lesions and a severe polymorbid background. The method of choosing the treatment of such patients is operative, it consists in revascularization of the affected limb at the earliest possible time. Due to the multilevel lesion, long-term extensive reconstructions are often required, and the frequency of hybrids is high. The article presents the statistics of postoperative complications in open vascular operations in CLI.References
